Who is responsible
The mulebuyshop Editorial Team is the organization responsible for every guide on this site. We use an organizational byline because no named individual has been verified for publication. We do not create fictional authors, biographies, shopping histories, qualifications, or test results to make a page appear more authoritative.
mulebuyshop is independent. It is not Mulebuy, Findsindex, a seller, a shopping agent, a payment provider, a carrier, or an order-support service. External links are included for navigation and context, not as paid endorsements or guarantees.
What every guide must do
- Answer the real question early. The page should give a direct, readable answer near the top.
- Make the next step practical. Advice should help a reader narrow, compare, inspect, or remove a row.
- Separate evidence from assumptions. Photos, measurements, source links, and weight notes are inputs—not proof of quality or safety.
- Mark third-party boundaries. Prices, listings, policies, seller details, account records, and shipping estimates belong to the service responsible for them.
- Avoid pressure language. A guide should not use popularity, urgency, or vague superlatives as evidence.
How pages are checked
Before publication or a dated update, we review the page from the perspective of a first-time shopper. We check that the title matches the question, the direct answer is visible, headings follow a sensible order, examples are understandable, internal routes work, and an external click is clearly identified.
Technical checks cover titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, headings, structured data, image alternatives, keyboard focus, responsive layout, internal links, sitemap membership, and the index status of each page. External destinations are checked for availability separately; a working destination does not prove that every listing on it is current or suitable.
Source and evidence rules
Live listing details should come from the listing itself. Account, payment, refund, tracking, policy, and parcel information should come from the platform, payment provider, or carrier handling the transaction. General comparison advice may come from the observable information in a row, such as photos, measurements, source relevance, and weight context.
We do not publish invented product counts, search volumes, prices, delivery times, seller ratings, user reviews, test purchases, or claims that a spreadsheet is verified. When a statement cannot be confirmed from the responsible source, the guide should describe it as an assumption, estimate, example, or question to check.
Updates and corrections
Each guide displays a checked date. A page should be reviewed again when its main route changes, a destination stops working, its instructions become unclear, or a factual boundary is no longer accurate. Corrections should be made in the page itself rather than hidden in promotional language.
No monitored public contact method is currently available. The support boundaries page therefore remains excluded from search indexing. Until a genuine channel is published, readers should not send passwords, payment details, order identifiers, addresses, or other sensitive information to anyone claiming to represent mulebuyshop.
What this policy does not promise
An editorial review is not product authentication, seller verification, legal review, customs advice, shipping advice, or a safety guarantee. It improves the clarity and traceability of the guidance; it cannot replace checking the current destination and responsible official service.
